By accessing or using Trucking Comply (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not: (a) attempt to access accounts or data without permission; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) reverse engineer or copy our software except as allowed by law; or (d) misuse any features that could compromise safety, privacy, or compliance.

Orders, payments & billing
Certain features may require payment. When you place an order, you authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change. Except where required by law, fees are nonrefundable once services are delivered or initiated. You remain responsible for applicable taxes.

However, our platform and content are for informational and workflow-support purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring your operations meet all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by Trucking Comply or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the security, integrity, or lawful use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trucking Comply and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trucking Comply and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last modified" date in the masthead. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
