Provide your company information and the driver's full details including driver license information. You pay a flat $40 fee per driver.

Secure Data Handling
All sensitive driver information (DOB, DL#) is sent directly to our FCRA-compliant background check partner and is never stored on our servers.

Driver Consent
After payment, the driver receives a link to review FCRA disclosures and provide electronic consent on a branded, compliant page — all within the Trucking Comply platform.

Report Delivered
Once the driver consents, the state DMV is queried automatically. When the report is ready (typically 24–72 hours), you receive an email notification with the results.
