Place Order
Specify the driver and test reason (pre-employment, random, post-accident, RTD, etc.). Also, acknowledge the method using which results will be delivered (e.g., email).
Scheduling Link Sent
Driver receives a link, clicks it to schedule the test at their convenience.
Collection & Lab Processing
Specimen collected under 49 CFR Part 40 chain-of-custody; forwarded to certified lab.
MRO Review
Medical Review Officer validates results, contacts donor if needed for prescriptions.
Results Delivered
Secure electronic reporting (negatives typically 24–48 hrs). Store in DQ file.
Compliance Follow-Up (If Needed)
Positive / refusal: SAP referral & Return-to-Duty + Follow-Up test scheduling & tracking.
